The convenience to where we needed to be.
Bathrooms needed some work.

Friendly.
Renovating hotel - about 20% finished.
For the money, could not complain. Clean and well stocked breakfast area. Very friendly and nice staff. Renovating hotel, but quietly and not disturbing customers.
